PetCare+ privacy notice
This notice describes the data flows used by the PetCare+ owner mobile app and connected web platform. The final operating-company name, registered address, data-protection contact and jurisdiction-specific wording should be reviewed by legal counsel before public store release.
Information you provide
Account details, pet profiles, pet photos, health records, care reminders, appointment requests, marketplace or adoption interactions, orders, insurance applications, community posts, messages and support requests.
Device and app information
App version, device platform, push-notification token, language, theme choice and security or diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
How PetCare+ uses information
To provide owner features, synchronise the web portal and mobile app, personalise pet-care views, deliver reminders and notifications, process requested transactions, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.
PetAI
PetAI uses the question and selected pet context to generate educational guidance. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a veterinarian. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the question.
Service providers
PetCare+ may use Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Google Gemini for PetAI; Revolut for payments; Resend for email; Expo services for mobile delivery and push notifications; and hosting or analytics providers needed to run the platform.
Your choices
You can use guest browsing for public discovery, manage notification preferences, update profile information, request an export and initiate permanent account deletion in the app or from the public deletion page.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for the service, legal, security and operational periods described by the operating company. Access is role-based and sensitive server credentials are never embedded in the mobile app.
Children
PetCare+ is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should control accounts used by minors where local law permits.
